Happening Moments

Happening Moments is based at 5 - Shreenath Complex in the Navrangpura area of Ahmedabad. We are very close to the Navrangpura Bus Stop, so the area is always buzzing with people coming and going. It is a convenient spot for us because we can get to almost any part of the city fairly quickly. We have been working in the events field for some time now. Our team is just a few dedicated people who know how to handle the stress of a big day. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. Basically, if someone has a celebration, we help them get it ready. The office is often a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We like being in Navrangpura; it has a good energy to it. Most of our clients are local families or small businesses from around Ahmedabad. We spend our time negotiating with suppliers and making sure the timings are right. It isn't always easy, and there are plenty of late nights when we are still at a venue at 2 AM. But we are used to that. We just focus on being practical and getting the job done. No fancy mission statements here, just a group of people who are good at coordinating things and making sure the chairs and tables are where they should be.
