Gmp Lighting Solutions

Gmp Lighting Solutions is on the second floor of the Thirdeye-Ii building in Panchwati. We are right across from Parimal Garden, which is a nice landmark to have nearby. Sometimes during lunch, some of us walk over there just to get a bit of fresh air and see some greenery. Our office is at 201, and it’s a fairly open space where we handle all the lighting stuff. It’s usually pretty bright in here, which makes sense given what we do. The Panchwati Cross Road area is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise coming up from the street, but you get used to it after a week or so. We have a small kitchen area where we keep our lunch boxes and a fridge that’s always a bit too full. The team is pretty relaxed. We don’t wear suits or anything like that unless there’s a really specific reason. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts. We talk about the weekend or the cricket scores while we work. It’s a very human way of doing things. We don't have any big mission posters on the walls. Instead, we have calendars and notes taped up everywhere. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. Being near the garden and the busy crossroad gives the place a specific kind of life that we’ve grown to really enjoy over the years we have been here.
