Global Pharma Expo, Ahmedabad As A Event Co-Ordinator

Setting up events is what keeps us busy here at Tulsi Apartment in Ambawadi. We are the ones behind the Global Pharma Expo, working as the coordinators. Our office is at number 4, right across from the Central Bank of India. It’s a busy spot in Ahmedabad, and there is always something going on with the pharma industry around here. Planning these expos takes a lot of time and a lot of phone calls. We aren't some giant agency with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us sitting in this apartment turned office, trying to make sure all the pieces fit together for the next event. The 380006 area is pretty central, so we get a lot of mail and deliveries. It gets a bit crowded with boxes sometimes, especially when an expo is coming up soon. We don't do anything too fancy in terms of decor. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of lists on the walls. Working in Gujarat, you get used to the heat and the pace of the city. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know the local vendors and how things work around here. It’s hard work and it isn’t always pretty, but we like the challenge of getting an event ready from scratch.
