Ramdev Garments

Ramdev Garments is located on the second floor of the Mahalaxmi Complex on Gheekanta Road. Our space is room 207, though the sign on the door is a bit old. Being on the second floor means we don't get as many random people walking in as the shops downstairs, but we like the bit of extra space we get. Gheekanta Road is always packed with people and vendors, so getting to the complex can be a bit of a challenge during peak hours. Our space is filled with stacks of fabric and sewing machines. It’s usually pretty noisy with the sound of stitching going on all day. We don't have any fancy displays or a big showroom. It’s mostly just shelves and work tables everywhere. We spend our days cutting cloth and making sure the sizes are right for the piles of clothes we have to finish. Sometimes we run out of a certain color of thread and have to scramble to find more from the other shops nearby. It’s just how the garment business works around here. We’re a small team, mostly just family and a few helpers who have been with us for years. We don't do much in the way of advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. We just keep our heads down and try to finish the work bundles.
