Padmavati Selection

If you head down to Meena Bazaar and look for Ghanshaym Complex, you’ll find us at Shop No. 4. We’ve been running Padmavati Selection from this spot for quite a bit. It’s a small shop, but we fit a lot of stuff in here. Sometimes the aisles get a bit tight when there are more than three people inside at once. Meena Bazaar is always loud and full of energy, which makes the days go by pretty fast. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just us showing people what we have and helping them find what they need. We usually open up in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There’s no big secret to how we work. We just get our stock in, arrange it on the racks, and wait for people to stop by. Sometimes the fans don't work as well as they should when it’s peak summer, but we manage. We aren’t looking to be the biggest shop in the city. We just like our spot here and the people we see every day. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby and just pop in while they’re out doing their other shopping. It feels like a small community inside the bazaar. We know who likes what colors and which styles are popular this month. It’s just about being there and keeping the shelves full.
