Gagan Glass Aluminum Traders is found over at Plot No No-17, 18, and 19. We are inside the Ratna Apartments area. If you go behind Sanga Silver, you will find us on Motera Road in Sabarmati. We have three plots because glass and aluminum frames take up a lot of room. You can't just stack them anywhere. It's a bit of a dusty place because of all the cutting and drilling we do. We have been here for a good amount of time and the neighbors know us by the sound of the saws. We handle glass sheets and those aluminum sections people use for windows and office partitions. It is heavy work and you have to be careful with your hands. We aren't some big factory, just a local trading spot where builders and house owners come to get their materials. The office is just a small corner with a table and some chairs where we write down the orders. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time backing in because the road gets tight. We spend our days measuring stuff and making sure the cuts are straight. It's not a glamorous job but people always need windows and doors. We keep a stock of different thicknesses of glass and various aluminum colors like silver or brown. It is just a practical business for practical needs. We open early and close late to get through the work.
