Ajay Fibreglass Pvt Ltd is based in the Anil Industrial Estate, right opposite the Indequip Iti Road in Sardar Nagar. If you’ve ever worked with fibreglass, you know it’s a messy business. Our workshop is always covered in a bit of dust, no matter how much we sweep it. We’ve been here in Sardar Nagar for a long time, and the estate has become like a second home to most of us. The smell of resin is something you just get used to after the first few days. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially when the weather gets hot and the workshop feels like an oven. We don't have air conditioning or fancy furniture. We just have sturdy workbenches and the tools we need to get the shapes right. The road outside is usually full of trucks loading and unloading, so there’s always a bit of chaos nearby. We aren't a big corporate entity with a board of directors. It’s mostly just the owner and a few workers who have been doing this for years. We know our way around the materials and we don't spend much time talking about vision or innovation. We just make the parts, check them over, and move on to the next order. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. People in the area know us as the fibreglass guys on the corner, and that’s fine by us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
