Electrotherm (India) Ltd is out at 72, Palodia. You have to go via Thaltej to get to us. It’s a bit of a distance from the main hub, but we like the space we have out here. The facility is fairly large because we need the room for the equipment we use. It’s an industrial kind of place, so it’s not exactly a spot for a casual visit. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it’s sturdy. We do a lot of work with heating and metals, which means it gets pretty warm inside. Our staff is mostly people who have been with us for a decade or more. We don't have a big corporate culture. It’s more about getting the job done right so we can go home to our families. We don't have a marketing person telling us how to talk to people. We just use plain English. If you’re coming out to Palodia, the road is okay, but watch out for the tractors. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything. It’s just a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork. We’re proud of the work we do, even if it’s not the most glamorous stuff. We start early and end late most days, just keep our heads down and work.
