You can find us at Akshar Arcade, right across from the Memnagar Fire Station in Navrangpura. We are on the fourth floor, in room 401. It’s a familiar area for most people in Ahmedabad. We deal with career solutions, which is a bit of a broad term, but mostly we just help people get their work lives in order. The street outside can get really noisy with the fire trucks and the traffic, but inside it’s usually just us focusing on what needs to get done. We started this because we saw a gap in how people were getting advice. It’s not just about finding a job; it’s about the whole process. We spend a lot of time talking to young people and their parents about what comes next. It’s a lot of responsibility, so we try to be as straightforward as possible. We don’t use a lot of jargon. We just tell people how it is. The office is a bit lived-in, with papers everywhere and sticky notes on the monitors. We like it that way because it feels like a real workspace. We have been in Navrangpura for a good bit of time now and feel like a part of the local scene. It’s a lot of hard work, but seeing someone get a win makes the long hours worth it.
