We’re located at No. 10 Mill Officers Colony, right on Ashram Road. We are pretty much across from the Times of India building and just behind where the old Reserve Bank of India is. Being on Ashram Road means we are right in the middle of all the noise and the heat of the city. The office is in an older building, and it definitely feels like it when you're inside. We have high ceilings and those old-style windows that don't always close right. It’s a busy place because of where we are situated. People are always dropping in on their way to work or during their lunch break. We handle a lot of corporate mail given the neighbors we have in this area. The desks are always covered in manifests and delivery slips. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s what we do. The air is always a bit thick with the smell of paper and the exhaust from the road outside. We don't have a fancy lobby with plants or a couch. It’s just a place to get business done and move parcels. Sometimes the phones all ring at once and it feels a bit crazy, but we just handle one person at a time at the counter. It’s practical, everyday work. We’ve been at this spot for a long time, and we’re just part of the furniture on Ashram Road now, sorting mail and dispatching couriers to the city.
