Dr. Dholaria Agricultural Foundation

Our foundation is located out in the Bhaichand Mehta Industrial area in Vavdi, Rajkot. You can find us at Plot No. 101, right behind Krishna Park on the NH-8B. Being in an industrial estate means it gets pretty loud with trucks and machinery, but it’s a good spot for the Dr. Dholaria Agricultural Foundation. We have been here for a while, working out of a sturdy building that’s seen a lot of use. The floor is concrete and the walls are mostly plain. We aren't here to look pretty; we’re here to help with agricultural needs in the Rajkot region. There’s always a lot of dust from the road, so we’re constantly cleaning the windows. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few posters about crop cycles. We started this foundation to give back to the local farming community. Most of us grew up around farms, so we know the struggle. We don't have a big marketing budget or a public relations team. We just have people who know about soil and water. If you drop by, someone will usually be there to offer you water and a seat. It's the kind of place where things move at a steady pace. We deal with the realities of farming every day, from the weather to the market prices. It’s a tough job but someone has to do it, and we like being part of the solution here in Vavdi. We just keep our heads down and work.
