We’re up on the ninth floor of Sukirti Tower in the Satellite area. It’s a good spot because we can see a lot of the city from here, especially the ISRO building nearby. Working for a group like Divya Bhaskar means things are usually moving pretty fast. We’re in the Jodhpur part of Ahmedabad, which is always humming with people and cars. The office is busy from early morning until late at night. There’s always someone typing away or on the phone. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where the news and information come together. We have stacks of papers everywhere and the coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the room. We don't really bother with making the place look like a showroom. It’s a working office, pure and simple. We deal with lots of different people every day. Some are looking for info, others are just stopping by for a meeting. Being near Prernatirth Bunglow makes it easy for folks to find us. We’ve been in this building for some time now and it feels like home. The elevators are sometimes slow, so we have to plan ahead when leaving for the day. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs to keep the community informed. We don't have time for fluff, we just focus on getting the daily tasks done before the next deadline hits and we start again.
