Connections The Phone Shop

Connections The Phone Shop is our little place in Navrangpura. We are at A/12 in the Narnarayan Complex. If you know where the Pizza Hut is off C G Road, we are right next door to it. It’s a handy location near Swastik Char Rasta. We spend our days surrounded by mobile phones and all the accessories you can think of. It’s a small shop, but we fit a lot in there. People often stop by after grabbing a bite nearby or while they are out shopping on C G Road. We aren't some big chain; we are just a local shop trying to help people stay connected. Sometimes the tech gets confusing, so we just try to explain things in a way that makes sense. It’s usually just a couple of us working, so it’s a pretty personal vibe. We handle sales, but we also do a lot of troubleshooting for folks who can’t get their devices to behave. It’s not always easy, but we’ve seen most problems before. The shop stays fairly busy because of the location. We like being in this part of Navrangpura because there's always life on the street. It’s an honest living. We open the doors, set up the displays, and wait for the first customer of the day. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here.
