This part of Ahmedabad is always crowded because of the main post office and all the government buildings nearby. Our shop is tucked into a row of other businesses, and we have a bit of everything for the people passing through. We handle a lot of medical prescriptions but also keep general provision items like tea, sugar, and basic toiletries. The shop space is quite narrow, so we have built the shelves all the way up to the ceiling. We use a small stool to reach the items on the top rows. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the morning rush happens. The G.P.O. area has a specific energy to it, and we are right in the middle of it. We see a lot of office workers during their lunch breaks looking for a quick snack or some headache pills. The shop doesn't have any modern frills. It’s just old wooden counters and glass jars.
