You can find Arihant Apparels at A409 in the City Center in Dariyapur. It’s a busy building and there is always something going on in the hallways. We have stacks of clothes and fabric all over the place. It’s not the most organized looking shop, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time dealing with suppliers and showing samples to people who stop by. Dariyapur is a crowded area, so getting stuff delivered can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been in this unit for quite a while now. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we get new stock in, but it works for us. We aren't the type to have a fancy showroom. Most people just come in, look at the quality, and we talk about the price. It’s a lot of back and forth, which is just part of the garment trade. Sometimes the lights in the building flicker, or the elevator is slow, but we just get on with it. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people helping out with the packing and the heavy bags. It’s a long day from when we open until we lock up the shutters at night. We just focus on keeping the stock moving and making sure the bills are paid. It is loud and fast-paced, but that is how it works in the city center.
