Customs & Cultures Event

Our small event business is based out of Vastu Apartment, specifically unit number 8, in the Shahibaug area of Ahmedabad. We are quite close to the Chandramani Hospital and the Girdharnagar Over Bridge. It’s a busy part of the city, which makes it a good spot for us to reach different venues quickly. We handle the logistics for various types of events, mostly focusing on the cultural side of things. There are so many festivals and celebrations in Ahmedabad, so there’s always something to do for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at their homes to discuss their plans for the upcoming months. It’s not a big corporate setup; it’s more of a family-style business where we handle things personally. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon or make big promises we can't keep. We just try to make sure the decorations are up and the food is where it should be on the day. The apartment serves as our office where we keep all the paperwork and some smaller decor items for display. It can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of supplies coming in, but we manage to stay organized. Being near the overpass means there is always traffic noise, but it's just part of living in Shahibaug. We’ve been around for a while and have seen the city change quite a bit. We just keep doing our work, helping people put together their special days.
