Our office is located at B-41 in the Kahan Apartments in Vejalpur. It’s a residential part of Ahmedabad, so it feels more like a home than a big business center. We’ve been here in Gujarat for a long time, working out of this apartment complex. It’s a bit unusual to have an office in a flat, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the club memberships and paperwork from this spot. It gets a bit noisy when the neighbors are around, but we don't mind the life. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass building. We’re just people sitting in an apartment in Vejalpur making sure the records are right. Sometimes we have people dropping by to ask questions about their memberships, and we just talk to them like regular people. There’s no script we follow. We just look at the computer and see what's what. The stairs up to the office can be a bit much on a hot day, but we've got a routine down now. We don't use fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just keeping track of things and helping out when someone has a problem with their booking. It's steady work and we've been doing it at Kahan Apartments for years without much of a break. It's just how we run things here in Ahmedabad for the members.
