Chirag Children Hospital & Neonatal Centre

Our hospital is in the Radha Raman Shopping Centre, number 3. We are near the Shreyas Overbridge and not too far from the Mehfil Hotel. It’s right opposite Jaydeep Tower in the Vasna area. Because we focus on children and neonatals, it’s a different kind of environment here. You hear a lot of crying, but also some laughing. We have toys scattered around the waiting area to keep the little ones busy while they wait for their turn. The shopping center is a busy place, so there's always something going on outside our windows. We have special equipment for the newborns since they need extra care. It’s a lot of responsibility, but the staff here is used to it. We don't have fancy brochures or a big PR department. We just have our medical gear and a bunch of cribs. Vasna is a big neighborhood, and we see kids from all the surrounding streets. Sometimes the bridge traffic makes it hard to get here quickly, but once you're inside, it’s all about the patients. We keep the temperature just right for the babies. It’s a busy life, especially during flu season when every kid in town seems to have a fever. We just do our best to get through the appointments and make sure the parents understand what’s going on with their children. It is hard work, but we have a good group of people here who care about what they do.
