Canar Exports

Canar Exports is situated at 10, Paras Baugh, right on River Bank Road in the Kochrab area of Ellisbridge. It’s a nice enough spot near the river. We get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is a relief when it’s hot. The office is in an old residential building that was converted a long time ago. It still feels a bit like a house, with small rooms and narrow hallways that can be hard to navigate if you're carrying a lot of boxes. We like it that way because it doesn’t feel so cold and corporate. There are about eight of us working here most days. We deal with a lot of shipping documents and coordination for the exports. The desks are always piled high with folders and loose papers. We try to stay on top of the emails, but sometimes they come in faster than we can read them all. Our lunch breaks are usually spent sitting outside if the weather is decent enough. We know the other businesses on River Bank Road and we all look out for each other. It’s a tight-knit little community in this corner of Ellisbridge. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell people what we have available and where it needs to go. It’s a simple business, really. Some days things go wrong with the shipping schedules and we have to scramble to fix it, but we always manage somehow. We’ve been here for years.
