Cambay Spa & Resort

Over in Bopal, specifically in the Rameshwar Society area, you will find our resort. It is a bit of a break from the usual noise of Ahmedabad-380058, though the city is always creeping closer. Running a spa and resort sounds fancy, but the reality is a lot of hard work behind the scenes. We spend our mornings checking the pool, making sure the towels are ready, and seeing if the garden needs watering. The resort isn’t some untouchable palace; it is a place where we live and work every day. We see families coming in on the weekends to get away from their busy lives, and we just try to make sure everything is in place for them. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the area well. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated systems. If something breaks, we call the guy down the street to come and fix it. The trees in the society give some good shade during the peak of summer, which we are always grateful for. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to scramble to get things back on track, but that is just part of living here. We do not have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want the place to look nice and for the guests to feel like they can breathe for a bit. It is just a lot of sweeping and organizing.
