Brothers Modiflow Pvt. Ltd. is at Plot No. 609 in Phase - Iv of the G.I.D.C. Estate in Vatva. This is a real industrial area, so there’s always something going on. You can hear the sounds of forklifts and trucks moving through Vatva G.I.D.C. at all hours. Our plot is a fairly large space with a high roof and big exhaust fans that keep the air moving. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we’re used to it. We have a small office section partitioned off from the main floor where the computers are, but most of the action happens out on the floor. Brothers Modiflow Pvt. Ltd. has its name on a big blue board at the gate. The yard is usually full of materials waiting to be moved, and there’s always a bit of iron dust or grease on the floor. We have a small shed in the back where the workers take their breaks and eat their tiffins. It’s a busy place with a lot of heavy lifting. Phase - Iv can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around, but Plot No. 609 is easy enough to spot once you're on the right street. We don't have much time for small talk, but there’s always someone around to help if a truck gets stuck or a machine needs a look.
