Breeze Air (India)

Breeze Air (India) is set up over at Plot No. 2902 in the G.I.D.C. area, specifically Phase-Iv in Vatva. It is a big industrial zone, so there are a lot of trucks and factories all around us. Our plot is just one of many, but we have made it our own over the years. The dust from the road usually finds its way inside, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the surfaces. It is not a glamorous spot, but it is where the work happens. We have a small crew here and we all know each other’s names. Most mornings start with a quick chat and some coffee before we get into the heavy stuff. The building itself is sturdy and does the job. We do not have fancy carpets or art on the walls. Instead, we have shelves full of parts and tools that we actually use. Vatva can get quite hot in the summer, and the industrial fans are always humming in the background. We just focus on what we have to finish by the end of the shift. If a machine breaks down, we often fix it ourselves. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We do not really bother with big meetings or long emails. We just talk across the room to get things sorted. That is how we operate here at Plot No. 2902, and it works for us.
