You can find us at the Medicine Market, right at shop number 108. It’s near the Paldi Cross Road, which is always a busy intersection. We are actually located above the Gujarat Travels office, so if you see their buses, you’re in the right spot. We’re also right opposite the Shefali Center. It’s a very central location, which is good because there are always people coming in and out of the market looking for medical supplies. Bharati Surgical & Medical Agency has been here for years. The space is a bit cramped because we have to fit so many boxes and items on the shelves. It’s a lot of reaching and climbing ladders to get what customers need. We deal with hospitals and individual doctors mostly. The noise from the traffic outside is constant, but you get used to it after a week. It’s a practical business. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything. Most people just stand at the counter and tell us what they’re looking for. We check the stock, find the items, and write out the bills. It’s a lot of paper work and heavy boxes. We just try to keep the inventory straight so we don’t run out of the important stuff. It’s a simple way to make a living in this city. We've been here so long the neighbors are like family.
