Bhakti Medical

Bhakti Medical is located at Shop S/35 in the Maheshwari Shopping Center. This is right in the heart of the Naroda Industrial Estate. Since we are in an industrial area, we get a lot of workers and people from the factories coming in. The shop is a bit tucked away in the shopping center, but once you find it, it's easy to remember. It’s a straightforward medical store. We don't have any flashy decorations or corporate branding. The shelves are filled with whatever people usually ask for in this part of town. Working in Naroda means dealing with a lot of dust and noise from the industries nearby. We spend a good amount of time dusting the bottles. It’s just how it is here. I have a couple of people helping me out during the day. We are not a big chain, just a local business trying to do our job. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just open up the shop every morning and see who comes in. Sometimes we sit outside on the stools when it's quiet. It is a practical place. We keep the ledger updated by hand mostly. It feels like a real community spot even though it’s an industrial zone. We’ve been here long enough that people know us by name now, which is nice.
