Our factory is located at Plot 137 and 138 in the Naroda GIDC, Phase-II. It’s a big industrial zone, so it’s always loud and dusty, but that’s where the work happens. Bayanwala Industries has been operating out of these plots for several years now. We focus on manufacturing, though we’ve added different lines over time depending on what's needed. The floor is usually covered in raw materials and the machines are almost always running. We have a crew of workers who have been with us for a long time; they know the machines better than anyone. It’s not a fancy place with air-conditioned offices throughout. Most of the space is dedicated to production and storage. We deal with a lot of logistics, getting stuff in and out of the GIDC can be a bit of a puzzle with all the trucks. We don't have a big marketing department. Usually, people find us because they heard we are around or they saw our trucks out on the road. We just try to keep the quality steady and make sure we meet the deadlines we're given. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when a big order comes in. But we like the routine of it. We are just a local industry trying to keep things moving in Naroda.
