Credence Chem Pvt. Ltd. is out at Xcelon Industrial Park 2, specifically at units 31-A and 31-B. It’s located on the Sarkhej Bavla Highway, not far from the Matoda Bus Stop in the village of Vasna Chacharwadi. Being out here in Sanand means we’re surrounded by a lot of other industrial plants. We work with chemicals, so we have to be pretty careful with how we handle things every day. It’s not a sit-down office job most of the time. We are usually out on the floor checking containers or making sure the mixing process is going right. The highway is always busy with trucks, and that’s how we get our materials in and out. It gets pretty hot out here in the summer, and the industrial park can feel a bit isolated, but we have a good group of people working here. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a medium-sized setup trying to do things properly. Sometimes the equipment breaks down or a shipment is late, and we just have to figure out a way to fix it. We don’t do a lot of talking about ourselves; we just focus on the production side. It’s a lot of monitoring gauges and checking labels. It’s straightforward, messy at times, but it’s what we do. We just keep working through the list of orders and keep the floor moving.
