Avvento Events

We are Avvento Events, and our office is up on the second floor of Stadium House. We are located right on Stadium Road in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. If you’re looking for us, we are quite close to Das Khaman, which is a landmark most people in the neighborhood know for a quick bite. Working in events means our office is often a bit messy with lists and plans. It’s the nature of the job. We spend a lot of time coordinating things over the phone or meeting with people to figure out logistics. It’s not always about the big parties; there is a lot of boring behind-the-scenes stuff like checking schedules and making sure trucks arrive on time. We’ve been here in Ahmedabad for a while. The location on Stadium Road is convenient because it’s easy for people to find. We don’t have a flashy entrance or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to room 202 and find us working. It is a straightforward operation. Some days are very long, especially when an event is coming up fast. Other days we just sit and do the accounting and the emails. It’s a mix of high energy and very quiet planning. We like being in Navrangpura because it’s central. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure everything is where it needs to be. It keeps us quite busy.
