S/1 Sagar Shopping Center is where you can find us. It’s right opposite the Tejendra Complex at the Hatkeshwar X Road. The crossing is always busy with bikes and rickshaws making a lot of noise. We are Arvind Exporter Trader. We spend most of our time on the phone or writing down orders in a big notebook. The shop isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. There are stacks of files on the corner desk that I really need to sort through one of these days. The light inside is a bit dim in the late afternoons. Usually, someone is coming in to ask about a shipment or a price. We trade different things, whatever is moving well that month. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock sitting around waiting to be moved out. The stairs in Sagar Shopping Center are a bit narrow, so carrying heavy bags up or down is a real chore. We’ve known the neighbors for a long time. Sometimes we stand outside for a bit of air when the road isn't too dusty. Hatkeshwar is a loud place, but you get used to the sounds after a while. We don't have a website, just this physical spot. People know us by word of mouth mostly. It’s just how we’ve always done it. We keep the records by hand. It’s more reliable than the computer.
