Amjey Chemicals

We operate out of Odhav in Ahmedabad, specifically at 986 Arajiv Park Society. This area, Adinath Nagar, is quite industrial, so it fits what we do with chemicals and materials. The office is located within the society, so we have a mix of houses and other small businesses around us. Ahmedabad 382415 is where we are based. The weather here is usually very hot, so we spend a lot of time under the ceiling fans trying to stay cool. We deal with various chemical products, managing the stock and talking to our suppliers on the phone. It’s not a very clean or polished business to be in. There are always containers moving around and the faint smell of the warehouse in the air. We don't have a big showroom for people to visit. Most of our work is done at the back where the supplies are kept or over the telephone. We have a small desk where we keep the ledger and the company phone. It’s a very practical setup for a small business. We’ve been in this spot for several years now, and we know the other owners in the society quite well. We aren't trying to be some big corporation; we are just a local operation doing our daily work. The floors are concrete and the walls are just plain. We get the work done and handle the orders as they come in.
