Being out at Plot 62P in the Hoskote Industrial Area means a long commute for most of us every single morning. It is a big space, which is good because we have a lot of things to move around during the day. The area is mostly other factories and big warehouses, so it is not exactly a place for a quiet walk or a nice lunch. There is always some truck backing up or a loud machine running somewhere nearby. Our building is a solid, practical structure that does the job. It gets quite dusty because of all the construction and the heavy traffic around Hoskote, so we spend a lot of time just cleaning off the desks and the equipment. We have a small area where we sit for lunch, usually talking about the traffic on the way in or what is happening over the weekend. The sun really hits the metal roof in the summer, making it pretty warm inside despite having all the fans on. It is an industrial life, really. We do not have many visitors except for the occasional delivery driver or someone from another plot coming by to borrow a tool. Everything here is about the work on the floor. We have been in this specific spot for a while, and the layout has stayed pretty much the same. You get used to the sounds of the industrial zone after a few weeks. It is just a functional space.
