Aksh Event

Aksh Event is located over at M K Complex in Shahibaug. If you're coming from the Civil Hospital side, we are right opposite Gate No 1. It’s an easy spot to find in Ahmedabad once you get into the rhythm of the traffic around here. We handle different kinds of events, mostly just helping people put things together so they don't have to worry about every single detail themselves. The office isn't overly decorated, it's mostly full of files and some old event photos from past years. We’ve spent a lot of time in this building. Sometimes the lift is slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. Being near the hospital means it’s always a bit loud outside, but we’re used to it. We don't have some big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, talk to the people who walk in, and try to make their gatherings go smoothly. It takes a lot of phone calls and checking on vendors, which is what we do all day. A lot of folks from the neighborhood stop by to ask questions about planning their family functions. We try to be helpful without making it complicated. It's a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies arrive on time at the venue. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things here in Shahibaug. We just do our bit and hope it helps out.
