Ajay Machine Cut

Our workshop is located at 24, Somnath Complex, tucked away inside Sathe Ni Pole in the Ratan Pole area. It’s a very busy and crowded part of the old city. Our main work is machine cutting. We’ve got our specific machines set up in this unit and they run pretty much all day long, from morning until late evening. It’s quite noisy and there are usually metal shavings all over the floor, but that’s just how a working shop looks. We aren’t a big factory with hundreds of workers. We’re just a small, dedicated setup that handles specific cutting jobs for other businesses around this neighborhood. People bring us their raw materials and we cut them according to the exact measurements they need for their own products. We’ve been doing this for a long time now, so we know our machines inside and out. The space inside the unit is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of big orders coming in at the same time and the crates start to pile up. Ratan Pole is known for its very narrow streets and traditional markets, so even getting small deliveries in can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We just make it work because we've always been here. We don’t have a fancy office or any professional salespeople. Most of our work comes from people who have known us and our work for many years. We just focus on getting the cuts right and finishing the jobs on time.
