Our office is at 306, Gala Magnus in South Bopal. It is a newer part of the city, so the buildings are a bit more modern, but the work is still the same old grind. Agricart Online Services Pvt Ltd is where we spend our days. Even though we do online services, we still have a physical space where we all sit together. There are about ten of us in this particular room. We have computers lined up against the walls and a few small tables in the middle. South Bopal is growing fast, so there is always construction noise in the background. We handle a lot of data and customer requests through our website. It is not a glamorous job. Most of the time, we are just staring at screens and trying to fix bugs or update listings. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The office layout is a bit cramped because we keep adding more equipment. We have some boxes piled up in the corner that we have not unpacked yet. People think online businesses are all automated, but it takes a lot of manual work behind the scenes. We spend our lunch breaks at the little shops downstairs. We do not have a formal dress code; most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. It is a relaxed atmosphere, but we do get stressed when the server goes down. We just try to keep things running smoothly for everyone using the platform.
