Agarwal Mega Events

We’ve been running Agarwal Mega Events from our spot at Sefron Tower for a while now. It’s right there on Mahalaxmi Cross Road in Paldi. Most days start with a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We aren't a big fancy operation, just some people who know Ahmedabad well and try to get things done right. If you walk by Sefron Tower, you'll see it’s a busy area. We spend a lot of time dealing with vendors and making sure everything is where it needs to be. Paldi is a good central place for us to work from. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with several things happening at once, but that is just how the event business goes. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just focus on the logistics. It's mostly about making sure the chairs arrive and the lights work. We’ve had some long nights here at number 7, but it’s part of the job. Most of our day is spent coordinating. People around Mahalaxmi Cross Road know where we are. We keep things pretty straightforward and don’t make things more complicated than they need to be. It’s a lot of manual work and checking details twice. We just show up every morning and start through the pile of tasks. It’s a local business through and through. Nothing too flashy, just us working out of our Ahmedabad office.
