Aegis Bpo Services Ltd., An Essar Enterprise, Ahmedabad

We are located at 904, G. N. Nagori Street, right across from the Central Telephone Exchange in the Mirzapur area. This is the Ahmedabad branch for Aegis Bpo Services Ltd., which is part of the Essar Enterprise. It’s a busy building in a busy part of the city, especially with it being 380 001. We have a lot of people coming in and out every day because of the nature of the work. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep things grounded. There are a lot of desks, computers, and headsets everywhere you look. It can get pretty loud during the peak hours, but that is just the way a place like this runs. We don't go for the fancy corporate talk; we just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. Most of the staff here are just local folks working their shifts. We’ve got a lot of systems to follow, but we try to keep the atmosphere somewhat relaxed where we can. Mirzapur is a central spot, so getting here isn't too bad for most of us. We spend a lot of our time on calls or typing away at the screens. It’s not always easy, but it’s the job. We don’t make big promises or use marketing fluff. We just come in, do the work, and head home at the end of the day.
