Active Body Multispeciality Physiotherapy Clinic & Fitness Centre is located in the M-Block of the Devnandan complex in Ghatlodia. We are up on the third floor, unit M-301, on R.C. Technical Road. Being near the Chankyapuri Overbridge makes it fairly easy for people to find us. Since we are on the third floor, it is a bit quieter than the shops down on the street level. We have a bit of a unique setup here because we do both physiotherapy and general fitness. One side of the room might have someone doing rehab for a shoulder injury while the other side has someone just trying to get a bit stronger. It is a practical, no-nonsense space with the equipment we need for both. We aren't a flashy, high-end gym with expensive memberships; we are more of a community spot for people in Ghatlodia who want to stay healthy. The building itself is a mix of commercial and residential, so we have a lot of people who live right here in the society coming in for a workout or a session. We spend our days teaching people how to move correctly and helping them through their exercises. It is a lot of hands-on work and talking to people about their daily habits. We have been in this location for a good while and have become a regular part of the day for many locals on R.C. Technical Road.
