AALAP

Our place is in Gopal Palace, specifically Plot No B-312. It’s right on Satellite Road, across from Ocean Park in the Ambawadi area. If you know Nehru Nagar, you’ve probably passed by this building many times. AALAP has been operating from here for some time now. The building is quite well-known in the area, so people don't usually have trouble finding us. Inside, it’s just a regular office setup. We have our desks, our files, and the usual office stuff. It’s not a very big space, but it works for what we do. The view of Satellite Road from the windows is alright, though it gets very crowded during rush hour. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily tasks that come up. There’s always something to do, whether it’s answering calls or sorting through paperwork. We don’t have fancy rituals or anything. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we stay late if things get backed up. The neighborhood has a lot of shops and places to eat, which is handy for us. We’ve grown accustomed to the noise of the traffic and the general hum of the city. It’s a practical location for our needs. We just focus on keeping things running smoothly day by day. It’s not always exciting, but it’s our business and we take it seriously enough. We usually have some tea around four and talk about what else needs to be finished before we can head out.
