A- Accurate Ion Exchange & Chemicals is located at No. 119 in the Raj Deep Industrial Estate. We are very close to the Vatva Tol Naka, which is a busy spot for trucks and industrial traffic. Being in an industrial estate means it isn't the prettiest place to work, but it is exactly where we need to be. Our unit is a solid building with high ceilings and plenty of room for our chemical drums and equipment. The air is often thick with the smell of the nearby factories, and there is always a layer of dust on the windows, but that is just part of working in Vatva. We have a small office area at the front with a couple of desks and a filing cabinet that is overflowing with papers. We don’t have any fancy signs or corporate branding inside. It’s just a place for work. Most of us have been working here at number 119 for a long time, so we know all the other business owners in the estate. We share a cup of tea with the neighbors now and then. We don't use any complicated mission statements or marketing talk. We just focus on the technical side of the chemicals we handle. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense environment. The roads in the estate can be a bit rough, especially after the rain, but we are used to the bumps. It’s just a regular industrial life for us at Raj Deep.
