A To Z Medical & Surgical Store is located at Shop 10 on the ground floor of Pratham Mangal Complex. You can find us on Vasna Road in the Paldi area, right across from Javerat Jewells. The shop has been here serving the local people for quite some time. We handle both regular medicines and surgical items, which means our shelves look a bit different from a normal chemist. There are walkers, bandages, and all sorts of medical equipment tucked into the corners. Paldi is a busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot of movement outside on the street. The ground floor location makes it easy for older folks to just walk in without having to deal with stairs. We have a simple setup with metal racks and a wooden desk where we do the billing. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we get a big delivery of surgical supplies, and boxes are everywhere for a few hours. We don't really do much advertising; people just know we are here because of the big sign outside. Most of our day is spent looking through the stock to see what is expiring or what we need more of. The tea guy from the corner comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a small break. It’s a straightforward business where we just try to keep the drawers full of what people need.
