Superb Tools

Down here on Nimblak Road in the Nagapur MIDC area, things move fast. Our shop, Superb Tools, is right in the middle of all the factories and sheds. If you are looking for us at A-11/1/2/2, you will see a lot of trucks moving around. We spend our days handling all kinds of hand tools and equipment that the local workers need. It’s a dusty place because of the industrial setting, but we don't mind it much. Most of the people who come in are guys from the nearby units who broke a wrench or need a specific drill bit to finish a job. We don’t do much talking about big things, just focus on what tool fits the job. The shelves are packed with metal and plastic cases. It can get a bit messy during the rush hours when everyone wants something at the same time. We try to keep track of everything, but sometimes a box gets misplaced and we have to hunt for it while the customer waits. It is a simple operation. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to make sure when a worker comes in, he gets what he needs to go back to his shift. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks when things slow down in the afternoon and we need a moment to breathe. It’s been a good spot for us these last few years.
