Yashoda Industries

Yashoda Industries is over at L-53 in the MIDC area. It’s a pretty standard industrial plot. We have a shed where all the work happens. There’s not much to say about the aesthetics of the place because it’s a factory. We produce various industrial items. Most days start early, before the sun gets too hot, especially since the roof is metal. We have a small crew. Everyone knows what they have to do. We don’t have those fancy morning meetings where everyone stands in a circle. We just get to the machines. There’s a lot of scrap lying around sometimes because we’re constantly cutting and shaping stuff. It gets noisy. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit around until it comes back on. That’s just part of being in this area. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the guys at the other units nearby. If we run out of a specific bolt or need a tool, we just walk over and borrow one. We aren't a big corporation with departments. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We just try to get the orders out so we can go home. It’s not a glamorous life, but it pays the bills. L-53 is where you’ll find us if you’re looking. We don't bother with anything that isn't related to the actual work on the floor.
