Our place is out on the Old Agra Mathura Road. If you know Lata Kunj, we are right there at 5/169/1. It’s an old building, but it serves us well for keeping all the books. We spend most of our mornings unpacking crates and checking through what came in the night before. It’s a lot of lifting and moving boxes around. The dust from the paper gets everywhere, so you’ll usually see us with a rag in hand. We aren’t a big fancy shop with bright lights. It’s more of a working space where things get sent out and sorted. The road outside can get pretty jammed up with trucks and carts, which makes it interesting when we have deliveries. We’ve been at this for a while. It’s mostly just us and the books. People stop by looking for specific things, and we do what we can to find them in the stacks. Sometimes the inventory is a mess, but we eventually figure it out. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the traffic noise. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If you’re passing by the old road, you’ll see the sign. It’s just a regular spot doing regular work with books every day of the week. Not much else to tell really. We just keep the shelves filled and the orders going out to whoever needs them.
