Tamanna Garments

Tamanna Garments is located in Shyam Market, right there in the Dhanauli area along Jagner Road. It is a pretty lively market, especially in the evenings when everyone is out getting their daily supplies. Our shop is not anything too special to look at from the outside, just a regular storefront with some mannequins standing by the door. Inside, we have a lot of different garments piled up on the counters and hanging from the metal rods on the ceiling. Jagner Road is always busy with trucks and bikes, so there is a constant hum of engines in the background while we work. We spend our time checking the inventory and helping people find the right fit for their clothes. It is a lot of manual work, lifting heavy bundles of fabric and sorting them by color or size. The floor is tile and we try to keep it swept, but people bring in a lot of dirt from the market outside. We do not have any corporate rules or fancy uniforms. We just wear our own clothes and talk to people like they are our neighbors, because most of them are. Sometimes the tea stall next door brings us a hot cup and we take a break for a few minutes. It is a practical way to earn a living. We just keep the shop running and make sure there is enough stock. (253 words)
