Shri Radhe Garments

Shri Radhe Garments sits right at the Main Shahaganj Chauraha. If you know that crossing, you know how loud and busy it gets with all the horns and people moving through the intersection. Our shop is right in the middle of all that daily action. We spend our days watching the traffic while we organize the clothes on the racks. It is a busy spot, and the dust from the road usually finds its way inside no matter how much we sweep the entrance. We have a variety of things to wear, mostly just regular stuff that people need for their daily lives. The shelves are tall and sometimes we have to use a wooden stool to reach the stuff at the very top. It is not a polished showroom or anything like that. It is more of a practical place where you can find what you need without a lot of fuss. We get people coming in from all over because the Chauraha is such a central point in the city. Sometimes it is so crowded inside that you can barely move, especially during the festivals. We keep the doors open to let some air in, but then we get the full noise from the main road. It is just part of being in Shahaganj. We spend a lot of time talking to the regular customers who stop by while they are out doing their errands. (247 words)
