Sainath Fashions

Sainath Fashions is tucked away in Pawan Market, which is part of the famous Johri Bazaar here in Agra. If you have ever been to this part of the city, you know how narrow the lanes are and how many people are always walking by. Our shop is a bit small, but it is packed with different clothes. We have been operating out of this bazaar for quite a while. It’s a very traditional way of doing business. We don't have a website or any fancy digital stuff. We just open the shop, put out our items where people can see them, and wait for the day to begin. The bazaar has a lot of energy, and we are just one small part of it. A lot of our time goes into talking to suppliers and trying to get items that the local people in Agra will actually want to wear. It is mostly just us and a couple of helpers sometimes. We handle everything from the accounts to the sweeping. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The shop can get quite hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We don't use any corporate talk. If you come in, we just talk to you like a neighbor. That’s how things work in Johri Bazaar. It is about showing up every day and making sure things are ready for whoever walks in.
