S Ritu Kumar & Company

We've been at Plot No. 263 on Taj Road for quite a while now. Sadar Bazar is a busy place, and being near the Police Chowki makes it easy for folks to find us. It gets really crowded around here during the day, especially with all the shops nearby. S Ritu Kumar & Company isn't a huge operation, just a few of us working together to get things done. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and talking to people who walk in. The shop has seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Sometimes the traffic is a nightmare, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We keep things pretty simple. There's no fancy office or anything, just our workspace where we keep the stock organized. Most days start early so we can beat the heat and get the shutters up before the main rush starts. If you're coming down Taj Road, you'll probably see us right there. It’s a good spot, even if it gets noisy. We try to stay on top of what people need. Most of our regulars have been coming here for a long time. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually does the trick for us. It feels good to be part of the local market scene here. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure everything is in its place before we head home. It's honest work.
