At Rajkumar Apparels, things stay pretty busy because we are right on MG Road. Specifically, we are at No. 2/210-B, just across from Shah Cinema. It’s an easy place to find if you know where the theater is. The area gets really crowded during movie times, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been here at this spot for a good while. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and stacks of items we are working through. It gets a little dusty if we do not stay on top of it. My desk is tucked in the back corner where it is a bit quieter. We are not a giant corporation or anything like that. It’s just a regular shop where we try to get the work done. Sometimes the sign outside flickers a bit, but we will get around to fixing it soon. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, with new shops opening up and others closing down, but we are still here opposite the cinema on MG Road. Most days we just keep the doors open and see who comes in. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We do not have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just show up at Rajkumar Apparels every morning and start the day. It is honest work on a busy road. MG Road is always full of life, which keeps things interesting for us during the long afternoons.
