Our office is up on the second floor of Anupam Plaza, Block-51, right in the Sanjay Place area. It is pretty easy to find since we are near the Axis Bank. Sanjay Place is always crawling with people and traffic, so it is a lively spot to work in. We have a decent-sized room where the team sits at their computers. There are windows but they mostly look out onto other buildings or the parking area below. We do a lot of software-related work, so it is mostly quiet except for the sound of typing. We have got a few rows of desks and some chairs that have seen better days. It is a regular office where we spend our eight or nine hours a day. We do not have any big posters or fancy decor on the walls. It is just white paint and some whiteboards with notes scribbled on them. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza is slow, so we take the stairs. We have a small corner for water and some snacks. Most of the people here have been working together for a while, so we just get on with things without needing much direction. It is a professional enough environment but we do not worry about corporate rules too much. We just want to finish our tasks and go home to our families at the end of the day.
