Murphy & Murphy Exclusive

Murphy & Murphy Exclusive is our little shop over in Sanjay Place. We’re in Block No. 17, using shops 7 and 8 right in the middle of the shoe market. If you’re looking for us, just head toward the center of the block. It’s a lively place, especially in the afternoons when the wholesale buyers are walking around. We sell shoes, obviously, and we try to have a decent variety on the shelves for everyone. The shop isn't huge, so we have boxes stacked up to the ceiling in the back room. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific size quickly when things get hectic, but we usually manage to find it. We’ve been here for a good while, and we’ve seen plenty of other shops come and go. We aren't doing anything fancy with the decor—just some basic lights and racks to show the products. It’s a family-run thing, so you’ll usually find one of us behind the counter most days. We talk to the customers, show them what’s new, and try to make sure they leave with something that fits right. There’s a lot of competition on this street, so we just focus on being fair and showing up every day. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s when we take a small break to relax. It’s a simple business. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just sell shoes and hope people like them enough to come back again next season.
