Our office is at 6-A Satyam Multiplex in Avas Vikas Bodla. It’s a bit of an interesting spot being in a multiplex building, but it works for us. Crystal Safe Crop Science Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle all the paperwork and planning for our agricultural products. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for the team we have here. We spend a lot of time on the phone with farmers and suppliers. The area around Bodla is usually quite busy, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the business. Most of us have been in the crop science field for years, so we know what we’re talking about, even if we don't use big fancy words to describe it. We just focus on getting the right products to the people who need them for their fields. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, which can be a bit annoying when you're in a hurry. But otherwise, it's a good place to work. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business and keep people happy without any of that corporate fluff you see elsewhere. It gets a bit hectic when a new season starts, but we just buckle down and get through the lists of orders and queries as they come in.
